Course description: Course objectives:
Introduce students to: 1. Problems of measuring dimensional characteristics and product testing during continuous production processes 2. Measuring methods that are applicable for integration into production processes 3. Nondestructive testing methods that are applicable for integration into production processes 4. Characteristic examples from production practice

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to (learning outcomes):
Student will be able to: 1. Define the essential parameters of the production process related to the requirements for accuracy and detection of observed product features; 2. Select the appropriate measurement / test method; 3. Evaluate the impact of selecting the components of the measuring / test system on the accuracy / reliability of the results, depending on the application; 4. Interpret and analyse the results;
