Course description: Effective communication by use of the Internet is gaining importance in the contemporary educational and business environment. This course enables the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies in various areas of Internet use for business and educational communication in interaction between individuals, groups and teams, as well as at the mass-communication level. Course participants acquire knowledge of communication science and psychology that will enable them to more effectively present information over the Internet and design products and services which are based on the online communication with users/clients.
