Description of general and specific competences (knowledge and skills) to be developed by this course:
Understanding the importance of human resources and HRM for the success of contemporary organizations. Introduction to the basic theoretical and practical problems while managing human resources. Understaning HRM functions, methods and models and their applicability in business practice. Developing HRM competencies needed for problem-solving and developing human resources and human resources management programs in organizations.
