Description of general and specific competences (knowledge and skills) to be developed by this course:
Introduction to the social dimension (i.e. soft variables) of organization including individuals, groups, teams, their knowledge and skills, communication processes, conflicts, power and influences within organization, as well as culture, change and development. Understanding that the human dimension of organization could be useful to students as well as to others that coordinate and lead people towards defined organizational objectives.
