Course description:
Course objectives: Acquiring a basic knowledge of electronic technology for mechanical engineers. Obtaining basic insights of modern microelectronics and microprocessor technology Enrolment requirements and required entry competences for the course: Electrical engineering Student responsibilities: Regular attendance of lectures and practical excercises Consultations as needed Grading and evaluation of student work over the course of instruction and at a final exam: Regular attendance Active participation in practical excercises Coloquium Examination Methods of monitoring quality that ensure acquisition of exit competences: Interactive teaching process, with active student participation, exam, consultations, email correspondence Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to (learning outcomes): Understanding the undelying operating principles of electronic components and circuits.
