Course description:
To acquaint students with the tactics of intervention and special police in crisis situations, the adoption of specific elements of integrated police training that improve the level of situational efficiency of police officers in conditions of the most situational complexity

Learning outcomes:

1. familiarization with the organization and scope of activities of the special and intervention police

2. mastering the management and tactics of the special and intervention police

3. training of police officers and managers for management and action on the ground in crisis situations

4. raining of participants on police negotiation, crisis communication with tactical treatment of perpetrators in all situations

5. the ability to more easily master the everyday issues of police interventions of varying complexity

6. mastering and controling of potential reactions of police officers in stressful conditions of varying complexity

7. familiarization with the characteristics of material and technical means, special and intervention police equipment

8. acquisition of technical-tactical knowledge for overcoming obstacles, such as approaching an object, entering an object, moving from object to object, breaking into premises to intervene and save people's lives, overcoming various obstacles

9. Developing the predictive abilities of police personnel in the management of critical incidents, training for decision-making in the dynamic context of various crisis situations (hostage situations, situations with barricaded persons, etc., and the application of police negotiation through crisis communication)

10. assist all police officers (tactical entities) and police operators in planning successful police operations (command system, team structure, choice of weapons and equipment, team control and movement, operations planning, reporting and tactical advice
