Course description:
Knowing of piano literature. Developing piano technique on more demanding etudes. Knowing how to properly perform polyphony. Knowing how to stylistically correctly perform classical style compositions, different movements (sonatas as a whole). Knowing how to use systematic practice methods when learning compositions by different authors.

Šostakovič, C. Debussy, D. Pejačević, B. Papandopulo, I.Josipović: Etide različitih autora , dvoglasne i troglasne invencije, Francuske i Engleske suite(izbor stavaka), sonate (može i ronda ili varijacije), skladbe različitih autora 19.st. i 20.st., skladbe hrvatskih autora

Learning outcomes:

1. Harmonise and improvise given melodic templates on the piano.

2. Perform piano accompaniment of choral or moderately demanding instrumental and singing compositions.

3. Form one's own mature artistic concepts.

4. Hold solfeggio classes in primary music school.

5. Play music scores of choral and orchestral compositions on the piano.
