Course description:
Mastering basic calligraphy techniques, and if needed, their application to other media (web, newspapers, etc.). The Calligraphy course is designed to support the Typeface Design I and II courses.

Learning outcomes:

1. Complementary, parallel questioning of letter design and drawing of letters from calligraphic writing itself.

2. The adaptation of two basic calligraphy techniques through a series of interconnected exercises.

3. Through digitization or some other preparation, the ability to apply calligraphic elements to a particular medium.
