Course description:
The course deals with learning basic intonation concepts, intervals and chords. Auditory learning of extended tonality (secondary dominants). Awareness of the related relationship between melody and harmony in tonality. Mastering rhythmic parlatto reading in c-clefs.

Learning outcomes:

1. Auditory identification of basic intonation concepts (D7 and secondary septachords).

2. reading rhythmic parlatto examples in c-clefs of simpler rhythm in meter

3. Auditory recognition and recording of a lighter melodic example in an extended tonality.

4. Auditory recognition and recording of an easier two-voice polyphonic example.

5. Auditory recognition and recording of an easier three-part homophonic example.

6. Hold solfeggio classes in primary music school.

7. Sing, prima vista, a demanding tonal and atonal example.

8. Aurally reconstruct and record tonal musical examples of single-, two-, three- and four-voices.
