Learning outcomes:

1. Analyse and interpret different components of a musical work such as musical form, harmonic and polyphonic component.

2. Analyse and interpret the different components of a musical work such as musical form, composition technique, harmonic and polyphonic component.

3. Interpret the goals and tasks of different forms of music teaching.

4. Create methodological topics, theoretical and practical, for the classes Music Culture, Music Art and Solfeggio.

6. Memorise a longer musical piece and maintain concentration and quality of performance during an evening recital.

7. Form one's own mature artistic concepts.

8. Hold solfeggio classes in primary music school.

9. Sing, prima vista, a demanding tonal and atonal example.

10. Sing in a choir.

11. Recognise and characterise auditory musical examples of folk music from different parts of Croatia.

12. Adapt the music score for different types of vocal and instrumental ensembles.

13. Apply the acquired knowledge and skills to a distinctive stylistic performance in a public performance.

14. Apply the acquired knowledge and singing skills to a distinctive stylistic joint performance of a composition.

15. Work as an associate in primary and secondary schools' extracurricular music activities.

16. Work as an associate in conducting choirs and instrumental ensembles.

17. Perform independently at competitions and concerts.

18. Synthetise acquired technical, formal and sound-shaping knowledge and skills and apply them in composing works for smaller symphony orchestra, chamber brass orchestra combining them with solo instruments or voice.

19. Aurally recognise musical artwork with regard to the historical period of origin and stylistic characteristics.

20. Aurally recognise musical artwork with regard to the historical period of origin, stylistic and compositional characteristics, style and tonal provenance.

21. Aurally reconstruct and record tonal musical examples of single-, two-, three- and four-voices.
